Me and some pulled pork

One of my great passions is cooking barbecue

I like eating it too

I do as much cooking as I can during the year, starting

on New Years Day with our annual CCBS Cookout at Burnt Island,

and ending with Our shop Christmas party the week before Christmas Day.

In our spare time my son Dave and I build Smoker/Cookers. 

We build the main horizontal chamber from used propane tanks.

This helps hold down the overall cost of the pits. Click on the link above
